The Year of Babies, Brides, and BBQ (August & September)

This is the last post before the October and November weddings, eeeek!!!!

Babies!

Jameson

Jameson totally crashed Brittany’s first bridal shower but it’s okay, we got to have a little photo shoot with him on the grass. Oh and then he came to our annual hotluck (his mama Courtney was pregnant with him at last years!). And I got to feed him his dinner and oh my was that so fun! He just loves to eat, it was cracking me up! Plus my grandpa asked to hold him and Jmo was so entranced by his glasses, so so cute! He really just keeps getting cuter and cuter and just has the best personality!

Owen!!

Oh this baby…. he just fills our hearts with joy at each and every glance when he gives you this big gummy grin! 🙂

Grayson!!

Little Grayson still seems so so little. Planning Lauren’s bridal shower gave me lots of opportunities to snuggle and cuddle this little fella. Can’t help that my heart just keeps growing and growing while loving these little men!

Brides

The last two months was filled with 5 bridal showers, one wedding invitation designed and mailed out to 150 families, and then one bachelorette party! whoop whoop!

Lauren

During Labor Day weekend, Lauren, my mom, and I got all the invites assembled and ready to send out while we were in Mesquite for a BBQ competition! Let me just say, I love love love how they came out! I’ll post more about them in a few weeks but here’s a sneak peek of their RSVP postcard, photo by me.

Lauren’s first shower was for her family at her aunt’s house with a gorgeous view of Lake Elsinore!

Her other shower was thrown by me and her bridesmaids with the theme of “picnic in Central Park.” It was such a great shower, I’ll be posting fully about it next week.

Then this past weekend we had her bachelorette party in Palm Springs with a picnic on the way in Idyllwild.

Brittany

This beautiful bride to be had three showers, the first of which was hosted by her maid of honor and sister Torrie, with some help from me. Check out the full post.

Then her godmother Cindy threw a shower for her family.

And finally, just this past weekend, her aunts threw a couples shower so Eric got to share the joy of a bridal (groom) shower!

BBQ

I almost felt like we’ve had a break from BBQ but really I just haven’t been able to go to most of them but I was at Westminster and at Mesquite until I had to leave early for Brittany’s second shower. Click on the photos to link to the Rooftop site for results, I know you’re all curious! 🙂

Westminster

Mesquite

Telluride, Colorado

So jealous I could not be there for the Colorado competition!

Dana Point

See my post from January/February, March, April & May, and June & July.

I believe in magic. I believe in the power of true love. I believe in fairy tales and happy endings. And I live to create stationery and art for the young at heart to allow my fellow dreamers to treasure all of life’s most wondrous moments!
