Thankful For: My Husband’s Shoes

As I have been thinking of what I wanted to post as my first thankful note, I realized how much I complain about the little things in life. I am not sure if I will be able to keep this up all month long but for today I found reasons to be thankful for the things that bother me.

My Husband’s Shoes

When I take a step of faith out of the door into the pitch blackness of the garage and trip upon my husband’s shoes laying so haphazardly upon the mat, I am thankful that I have a husband who is so happy to come home to his wife that he just can’t get his shoes off fast enough, so obviously there is no time to put them away. I am thankful for a husband who loves me and wants to spend as much time with me as he can even if that means I must risk my life later, and risk the spillage of my coffee all over my red dress.

Thanks Andy, for loving me so.

I believe in magic. I believe in the power of true love. I believe in fairy tales and happy endings. And I live to create stationery and art for the young at heart to allow my fellow dreamers to treasure all of life’s most wondrous moments!

Very good, You obviously have a husband that loves you very much, I hope other wives notice the ways in which we(husbands) show our love as well. I for example left my shoes at the top of the stairs one time ! Is that love or what?
